People having their confidence and generosity exploited is terrible, but the real unfortunate thing here is that many people avoid donating to worthwhile and totally legitimate causes because of people like this. Sickening to say the least.
I like what I've heard about this so far. The Batman Arkham games have been top quality so far, so I'm expecting great things from this one as well.
Playing the original is not madatory, since Infinite is good as a stand-alone game. However, the original BioShock is awesome and should be played by everyone :)
I'm not the biggest Gears fan, but it's always interesting to hear insight from those involved in designing the games. Excellent interview.
I am eagerly awaiting the fourth DLC pack for Borderlands 2, and I was one of many who was concerned about the level cap costing extra. Glad to hear that this is not the case.
I don't think that Apple is going to be the console killer, but I think it will force publishers and developers to be more competitive once the mobile/tablet market starts eating their lunch. Console gaming, with all it's DLC and microtransactions, is going to become cost prohibitive one day. Added to which, having to compete by selling $60 games next to the $2 ones get on your iPad. However, the hardcore gamers will prefer their controllers and keyboards, so I see PC gaming as being ...
Excellent feature. With the focus these days being on digital entertainment, it's nice to see tabletop games getting some love.
The Walking Dead games definitely deserve the acclaim they have been getting. People who dismiss them as "not a game" obviously have a very limited understanding of what gaming is about.
I was apprehensive about this after being let down by ModNation Racers, and it seems like some of the same problems remain intact. I agree about Sonic & All-Stars Transformed, that and Forza Horizon are my racers of choice at the moment :)
I still need to finish Halo 3 and Halo: Reach before I get this game, but the positive reviews have me tempted to just dive into it. Looks awesome.
I've played through all of the AC games, and this one is fast becoming my favourite. It's a slow burner and I wasn't initially blown away, but the story really kicks into high gear after a few hours and I'm absolutely loving the new setting. Quite possibly my game of the year.
I'm not the biggest Halo fan, but I'm hearing good things about this series. I'll definitely check it out.
Looks like it was quite the party, awesome pics. Should a Halo party come to my neck of the woods, I wonder if they'd let me take the Warthog for a spin :)
I was underwhelmed by the previous AC portable games, and this one sounds no different. It's a shame, but sometimes solid console IPs don't fare as well on the portable systems.
I think "More Borderlands 2" will be enough to ensure brisk sales. Thanks for the review, I'm definitely going to get this soon.
I don't often buy racing games at full retail, but this is one game I am willing to take the plunge on. The Forza games have always delivered.
The price might be a little steep, but given the quality and bulk of this replica, I'd say it's worth it.
I sadly have yet to play Journey, so I think I'll be picking up this up.
This is one of the HD collections I've been dying to get, being a big fan of the series. Thanks for the awesome review!
Xbox Live is down? Well darn, I guess we'll just have to #dealwithit
