@8bit, it doesn't help that Disney are handing major series and movies to writers/directors that have no interest in Star Wars, some of which haven't even seen the original Lucas trilogies.
Could they not have come up with an original character for this game? It's like they just gender swapped Solo, but with terrible writing.

Senorfartcushion, gimme a break. Nearly every male protagonist since the 90's has been an impossibly ripped Adonis and no one ever bat an eyelid. There's outrage over Cammy and Chun Li showing a bit of thigh in Street Fighter but not a word about Zangief waltzing around the place in budgie smugglers that look like his balls are about to burst out of at any given moment.
I think I managed about 30 minutes of Resurrections before turning it off, which is bad considering the original Matrix is probably my favourite movie of all time.
The same people complaining about attractive female characters in a game are probably the same people that don't see the problem with grown men identifying as women and getting naked in female changing rooms in front of minors. What an absolute shit show Western society has become.

I did experience noticeable input lag though, which I'm sure the devs could improve on, but you just go ahead and stick your fingers in your ears there ㊄...
I have an LG CX with game mode turned on and noticed considerable lag. It took me about half an hour of playing to adjust to it. I wouldn't say it's game breaking, but it should be a lot better and hopefully they can get that response time down with a few patches.
More games would be great. This gen has been really disappointing so far. Great games have been too few and far between. And time to drop cross gen development for good.

There's rumours doing the rounds on twitter now that Gears could be one of the franchises coming to PS5. Hard to believe MS would release Gears, Halo or Forza on PS but who knows the way things are going. Could be all bullshit but we'll all find out next week either way.

Don't know why you're getting down votes Myers. ND have been a disaster this gen. They dropped the ball with TLOU: Part 1 remake. They could have done something amazing remaking that game from the ground up but all they did was overhaul the graphics, now we have a remaster of part 2 which nobody asked for and they made a mess of factions which a lot of people were hyped for. We're more than 3 years into the PS5 life cycle and they've still yet to reveal what their next game is...

As for GTA going woke, I think the interviews saying they don't want to "punch down" on anyone anymore, along with stealth patching out tranny NPC's in V proves something has changed at R* and gives reason to believe this will be a GTA unlike all the others that have come before where nothing was off limits.
Ireland is literally the first stop across the pond and we don't have a tipping culture. The only establishments here that would expect a tip are the tourist haunts that Americans visit. Other than that, you might tip in a restaurant as a sign of gratitude for great service and waiting staff would be paid a full wage anyway.
