Well, they never technically lied... ever since they first addressed questions about a PC version, it was abundantly clear that something was being developed - just not any details behind it.

Hahaha... unless your PC is located inside an oven @ 350 degrees, you should be more than alright. You could add another GPU and run @ 4K between 40-50 frames.

Same here, I can't pull myself away from the series. I was playing IV right up until V released on the consoles.
GTA V and GTA Online in particular is just so well done, people who don't enjoy it are either not fans of open world games (which I totally understand!) or simply have such a limited imagination/mental capacity, they can't decide/figure out how to have fun.

That's a great point. And it made me wonder why Mortal Kombat didn't show up on the list at all... that's a big name IP, but I'm guessing the MK fans are predominantly konsole based.
Either way, happy to see GTA high on this list. The more, the merrier. Mainly for modding/support.

Agreed. I tell people I use my 360 controller for PC gaming and it's like I am trying to convince them that I am a wizard.
They can't understand how it is possible via a $9 adapter.
XB1 controller is sweet, but, wireless support isn't where it needs to be yet.

I've clocked tons of time in GTA on the 360. It was great. The PC version will destroy it alongside the XB1/PS4 versions.

Oh, right. Consoles are primarily for games. And PCs are for just about anything you can think of.

It's actually not the same game... there are a good deal of new features in the PC version. I clocked a ton of time into the 360 version and have the PC version pre-loaded and waiting.
Also, just about anyone in the industry would disagree w/ your comment about 50" @ 1080p > 30" @ 1440p unless your rig can't properly handle WQHD.
