Edit: Wrong post.
Ahh, pretty neat. I not sure why I didn't guess that myself lol.
Awesome demo.
This is slightly off topic, but did anyone else notice that the ps move light was green on that controller?(as opposed to blue.)
I wonder how that works. Either way seems pretty cool. Oh and did the guy from GG just confirm a PS4 holiday release?
Edit: Yep, the move light def changes colors. By the end of the video it's yellow!!
While it's true the term "gamer entitlement" has been beat into the ground, I agree with you.
And what's worse is that all of this was over freakin' Bayonetta of all games.(Not to say this behavior would be acceptable in any situation. But come on.)
Game is so over-rated. Decent enough gameplay I guess, but everything is complete garbage.
I'm pretty indifferent to all of this, but I have to agree with the article.
It seems like Platinum didn't really have a choice in the matter.
Truth is, Nintendo was probably like : "Wii-U exclusive or GTFO."
And I mean, it's not like they could say no.(it's was that or no game at all.)
Meh, Ninty can have it. I always hated how the first one got a free pass on like everything. Aside from the gameplay, which itself was overrated.
The bigger it gets the better.
But yeah, a couple days late there Kotaku.
Ugh, I hate when people try to play the "at least it's different" card.
Because products shouldn't ever be rewarded for just being different. They still have to be GOOD as well.
Also, the author is acting as if we don't already know a lot about the game.
It'd bw different if all they showed was a logo or something. But in actuality, we already know almost as much about this game as we do about Versus.
What in the...
Considering how far JRPG's have already fallen behind, the last thing they need is to take another 50 steps back.
Come on now. I'm a huge fan of Kojima but, it's not like he's not biased here.
It's not like he'd just come out and say he didn't enjoy it. His very own studio is involved.
Besides, wouldn't it be kind of lame for people to just drop any criticisms all because one person liked it?
He's not infallible. You're allowed to disagree with him.
A lot of the pics are kinda hard to make out. But the little that's there does seem really promising.
(Sighs), Get it together Square. Finish this game already.
@Shake
"imagine what the outcome will be for LR: FFXIII"
Trust me I've imagined. Things are looking pretty bad for the game right now.
Though SE is bringing it onto themselves I guess.
I'm not really sure what they were thinking with this one. Any rational person would think a product with such a steep decline in sales deserves a break, not a sequel.
I seriously wonder what goes on inside SE...
My 2 cents.
Even though LR looks like it could be better then the other games in the trilogy, Square went about this so, so, wrong.
Don't they realize that by announcing this game now, as opposed to after Versus XIII, they've already sealed it's fate.
Because no matter how the game turns out, all most people are going see it as is an obstacle between them and VSXIII.
Now, had they released it after Versus, LR woul...
@The Master Shake
lol, true.
But I think they were referring to Lightning Returns.
Which I sort of agree is probably the best solution.
Because even though the new game does seem like it could be better then the last two, if it sells well SE will probably just say : "Okay, Let's do a sequel".
@DK286K
Why are you so afraid of someone talking about RROD?
Do you think that if you don't acknowledge long enough it'll suddenly stop existing?
Besides, no has really even used RROD as an insult (or whatever) here. You're kind of over-reacting.
P.S. The article is about hardware issues at Microsoft. No matter how you spin it, RROD is completely relevant.
The PS3 was released almost 6 years ago. (Which means the tech is even older.)
Math fail.
The WiiU is supposed to be a NEXT-gen console.
It should be wiping the floor with the PS3/360. But so far all we've seen is stuff that just barely matches the current gen.
Lol at trolls latching onto Wonderbook all of a sudden.
Is that really the best you can do?
@Ronin
To be fair, the majority of Nintendo's games don't follow the traditional japanese atheistic. Their games have a global appeal.
If anything, Kojima's saying MORE japanese companies should be like Nintendo. Not less.
@Logic
If Kinect uses an input device, how would it be different to what Sony is offering with the PS4?
Heck, how would it be any different from any other form of motion controls already on the market?
Odds are Kinect WON'T use any devices. Because that's the whole point of it. That's really all it has going for it.
