I love owning a 360,ps3, and wii. No bias from me and I enjoy the riches of all 3 consoles. Because every console offers a lot of riches and saying otherwise is silly. Alan wake vs Modnation racers? Both look great to me. I will end up buying modnation racers and renting Alan wake because of the multiplayer factor. However, both seem to do their genres excellent.

Gears of War 3 is going to be great. The new enemies sound crazy and the graphics are amazing. I think it will be one of the best looking games when it comes out.
Its that simple. Does that mean the 360 sucks? No. I own one and its nice to have for exclusive games. Sonys platform along w/ a massive 1st party team that communicates and shares tech it a godsend of a combo to have for creating amazing experiences, like LBP/LBP2. It your a fan of gaming, you have to own a ps3 at this point especially w/ it being priced at 299.
i kind of agree. it looks decent but i kinda feel like i'm forcing myself to want it more than i actually do. i'm not giving into hype and buying it day 1,i'll gamefly it first.

With the comment about ratchet and clank being played out, it is still a quality product every time a new one is released. Were are the ratchet pajama bottoms, how about a ratchet and clank rts game or animated blu ray movie? Lifesize ratchet weapon models, Ratchet and clank car decals and multi million dollar marketing campains for ratchet and clank? I don't see ratchet kid shoes and shirts or lunch boxes............. No they just make great games with great replay ability, some franch...

You're probably right. I'm sure if you asked MS, they would rather have PS3's 35 million user base than 360's 40 million.
Not to mention, PS3 has already had it's redesign and major price drop (as well as the sales spike that goes along with it). 360's is yet to come.
