This ban is because of the Non-Jtag free dlc and GoD(Games on Demand) basically its account sharing so you can play stuff off the marketplace for free. if you did this you will get an account ban til 12/31/9999. NO CONSOLE BAN
this banning is for the people using the "non-jtag" method. basically its where you sign in on one controller to get the license rights from a certain account to play and then sign out and sign into your own account.... this means free dlc and games on demand. it truly is marketplace theft. i have done it and it really is an exposed issue that they will ban for obvious reasons.

c4eva (xbox's main dvd drive hacker) has been working on firmwares since basically release. its not going to be madness but rather he will release another firmware update and ms will be back in the same situation, he already has been working on the slim lt 2.0 firmware for this dashboard and its going smoothy as he has said.
last banwave was nov 2009... i would know as i was apart of it and now have another one flashed again. then again if your looking at it from a generation standpoint then yes theyve done mighty well.
