Didn’t Microsoft had up to before the recent acquisitions a cookie cutter FPS (halo) a 3rd person shooter(GofW) and a racing (forza) every other year for 2 generations with only TIMED exclusive 3rd party from time to time.

With the leader console it could easily be achieved but without it I got my doubts it’ll get close to it but only time will tell IF they do get their billion in for years.
