I bought a 2 TB HD at a place out here called Frys (west coast) for $99 and it has auto backup....Lets see a NEXTBOX user do that...oh not going to happen cause you will have to PAY microsoft for the HD and PAY for Live...which will be DEAD...oh yeah and the reason for the DL...the GAME IS BIG!

UH, No see above what I wrote....I do not think ANY game console is going to FLY off the shelves after the first two to three weeks...gosh I guess I should save my post just to prove I am right.....Oh and patcher is almost always wrong.....
Okay, Uh I guess Nintendoland which only has most of Nintendo's flagship games contained in it does not count. Too many people dismiss Nintendoland as a minigame mash. Metroid and Luigi are way worth your time....NSMB is cool too. NSMB is MUCH better than the game on Wii. Both games scored VERY high on IGN....Zombi U is great too...I am just saying that there are games on Wii U, and that includes GREAT exclusives.
I love my Wii U, but I have a feeling that, all next gen is going to pop and fizzle compared to last gen. I don't mean fizzle out, just sell slowly, but eventually have good numbers. Oh sure the fanboys are going to grab their baby at launch, and love it and kiss it, and numbers will be great the first week or so, but the sales will slow sooner than later. There is just too much competition for your electronic dollars today. I do not mean to be negative, but it is a fact. My partners...
I know right, it seems like most of these people are nothing more than fanboys....Fanboys do not = gamers. This is IMO though the best site for news. No matter what your platform. Just too many little boys saying "mine is bigger than yours" ....
Emulators are just never quite the same as the console. IMO.
I agree, and disagree. BOPS2 is far better on Wii U. Multi-player is the best on Wii U.

Nextbox is not even on my radar...Even my friends who have 360 and PS3 are saying they want PS4 they are not saying much at all about Nextbox.
Downloaded the Demo on Wii U,great game. Also gamepad off tv play.
I think that Sony will come out better than Microsoft this time around. I know that I am more than likely not picking up 720. I refuse to pay for Live Sony and even Nintendo have just as good online play now, as 4 years ago that was not so much the case. PS3 sales have really picked up in the past year and a half, and I think people are going to pick up PS4 before the Nextbox. Of coarse the Fanboys are going to pick one up day one, but I think overall Microsoft will not outsell PS4 for ye...
I still like some of my PS3 and Wii Remote games. The gamepad on Wii U is great for off TV play, I only say that because I don't own any portable like Vita/3DS. I have just never really been into them. I am looking forward to PS4, but just can't see spending a couple hundred dollars on a Vita, even though I think its pretty cool. Microsoft now has that stupid Illumiroom coming out. I am sorry but that just looks like it might be cool for about 10min.
I Spent $100 on a 2 terabyte Hard drive for my Wii U, on sale at a place out here on the West Coast called Fry's. As long as it doesn't crash I am good for the entire life of Wii U, and PS4. There is no way I could pass that deal up. Microsoft Will more than likely make you use their brand hard drive, thankfully Nintendo did not do that. Now I just need Nintendo to put some great games out. While waiting for PS4 too.

None of us need a smart TV anymore, as we already have them, and if not we have blu-ray players, and game consoles that do most of the same things, such as Hulu, Netflix, Pandora. At least with the Wii U its nice to have the gamepad, Nextbox is not even on my radar, just look at the games this year for 360 Microsoft has clearly put all of its focus on 720 and put 360 in its past. Sony is getting ready for PS4 and they are putting out some killer games this year.
