Frankly, I'd say No.
I myself own both Move and Kinect, and from what I've experienced, it cannot make much of an impact when developers aren't using it in their games, but why aren't they using it?
Simple, People can't afford to fork out another $200 Dollars for Kinect or Move (Yes, I realize the price isn't exact..), but I'd assume everyone has realized that by now, so the question on everyone's mind at the moment is... What was the point of even releasing these "Addon's"?
Well, From what I can tell, it was basically a move by both Sony and Microsoft to try to eliminate the "Other" company, we all know as Nintendo, although it hasn't gone to plan as much as they expect I'd assume, though, slowly, it is making an impact on the market.
But, in the end, both of these products are just for Casual Family entertainment, but frankly, Family's aren't as Social as they use to be, so there's another reason why it didn't impact the market.
So, what's your opinion?

i think that kinect is shit and move is awesome
Kinect is selling by the boatloads. The problem isn't that it isn't selling, it's that their aren't any worthwhile games for it yet.
Move is just now getting a killer app, (though MAG, Heavy Rain, and RE5 Gold are great, a post release patch just isn't the same as day 1).
I think both Move and Kinect are just scratching the surface of what they'll become. At least, Sony and MS both hope so. We know Move has at least one full title coming in Sorcery, and hopefully Kinect has some full experiences coming too.
I still think it's too early to judge either one. Though, I've been enjoying Move since I got it in December.
So far they've both been successful, kinect more than Move, but unfortunately they have not made an impact, atleast not yet. Hardly anyone is shifting towards towards Move. And kinect despite it's good sales has only good casual games and it seems that most developers focus for the kinect is just that. So no not really, both these devices are just riding on the success of casual gaming.
All I know is, the Move has a whole bunch of game's coming out for it, whilst Kinect has sort of fizzled away, with absolutely nothing going on. Now that the fake hype for it is over everyone's kinects are collecting dust just like we all said they would.
If Move has sold 5.5 MIL (Sports Champions bundles and Zumba) and the Kinect has sold 8 MIL (Adventure Bundle, Zumba and Dance Central). You have to step back for a second and realize that the games aren't really for real gamers. Just a small casual market. Those bundles just come with the device. The sold separately games for both is Zumba (and Dance Central for MS).
The hard core gamers don't have any games. I personally like Sports Champions. But I'm waiting for Sorcery.
