PlayStation has been snatching up gacha-driven action RPGs left and right ever since Genshin Impact became a seismic hit on the console (alongside mobile and PC), and the next gacha game dropping on PS5 is none other than Neverness to Everness - tongue-twisting name, I know, but you can just think of it as the 'anime GTA' one.
Shift Up, the developer behind Stellar Blade, has released a new update, bringing the game to version 1.006.
Gran Turismo 7 has skipped one month of regular updates to deliver ‘Version 1.49’, which adds significant changes. Here are the most notable new features.
What bugs me (and don't get me wrong I appreciate free updates) but they say skipped a month to bring a decent update...but I'd done the new races and bought the new cars within 45 mins. Doesn't seem that substantial
People are just really impatient. A big reason I never complain about Nintendo taking a long time to release content is because I have my laptop and Playstation consoles to help pass the time. Nintendo's games are so well polished and the company has never engaged in anti-consumer practices. I think a lot of people take that for granted.
Nintendo is one of the few video game companies that solely focus on fun, arcade like games that stand the test of time for any generation.
That's what I love about that company. Every game they make is 100% solid. We get tons of articles of other games, crashes, bugs, patches and so on. I have yet to see a Nintendo game get such a headline.
My one HUGE criticism of Nintendo is their refusal to update with the times. I am not asking them to make a super computer that could jump start a sun, because that isn't necessary with the type of games they make. But they need to get their online infostructure on par with PSN and Live. Their refusal to implement these now basic features like in game chat, or online multiplayer is mind boggling absurd.
A lot of folks on here talk about how they want their game console to be just that and only a game console but then dismiss the WiiU. The WiiU in my opinion is truly a game console that offers the most exclusives, FREE online, 1080p games and all at a overall cheap price.
Nintendo really needs to showcase what their console can truly do at this E3. And I am betting the rumored Zelda U, Bayonetta 2, X and hopefully any new titles they show (STARFOX!!!) will definitely prove you don't need fancy tech to still produce high quality, engaging and even more importantly, FUN games.
