OK, so let me put this in a simple way.
I'm part of the forums on the official Playstation website in the UK and I'm part of a group which sees a few regulars from the PS3 forum as a N4G contribuator (LSDARBY, Maximus Prime, Vip3r,Buubar and Rush. If a regular on the forum and are part of this group and I haven't mentioned you, please forgive me as I didn't know)
And recently, I started to post a load of news on the forums, but that also happened to coincide with the launch of the 2008 Playstation Community Forum Awards.
And now, people are saying I'm only posting spam and that its coming from here. Well, I could do a rant on the forums but that would just confirm their suspections.
Anyways, I'm going to do say this loud and clear to anybody who thinks this.
To all you kind people (E.G. people who dont really care regardless): Thanks for the support, really appricate it. I dont mean for some of the stuff to come up as spam. Just giving some news in to the forums considering its dull anyways.
To all you doubters: Fair enough, I can understand your skeptisim in a way but all you need to do is look at the above point, some people will look at it and may agree with me or not. But I understand your reasoning for it and I accept your opinion.
To all the haters (RRZ24 in particular): Hey, you dont like it, heres one for you. Your basically saying that all the stuff I'm posting is old, even if its like 2 days old and nobody's got round to it. And even if it is new, you still nitpick it by syaing I'm missing things (e.g. scans). And your having ago at me for saying I use N4G as my source? THATS LIKE SAYING I FUCKING USE REUTERS OR AP TO FUCKING POST NORMAL NEWS ON OTHER FORUMS, CHRIST! And if I remember correctly, you used to do this on the forums as well, under your original account Crimson Wolf (I may be wrong about this so I will apoligise if wrong)
But if you dont like, tough.
Sorry, I could have done it on the forums but I decided to do it here because then if I did it on the forums...
1 - It would just conifrm suspections.
2 - It actually would be spam.
Still, I needed to get this off my chest so if I scared you in a way...at least I'll give you nightmares tonight =P
Regardless, a point I will make is this. I'm not posting stuff in particular just to win awards (Even if I was, I'm getting beat anyways at the award I'd most likely win anyways), I'll continue to do it anyways but people always have a go because I link it from N4G. I'll make a point I made above..
The media (When I say media, I mean newspapers, Newcasts as BBC, ITV, Sky News, Websites) always get their news from Reuters or AP. This is basically the same for me for gaming news on N4G.
Just accept it as it is, OK?
Digital Foundry: John Linneman reviews Death Stranding 2 - how does the latest Kojima joint deliver in terms of tech, image quality, audio and performance?
I haven't seen any of the recent trailers since it's reveal years ago, but man, I just started playing and it's the first time my eyes were wide open and my jaw was agape, haven't had that since I started Demon's Souls at the PS5 launch. I'm just blown away by how amazing it looks on my 85" TV.
Tom: "A wonderfully strange and roaring spectacle - our review of Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding 2 On The Beach."
WTMG's Leo Faria: "When a collection has a literal hundred games, you’re bound to find one or two you end up playing for quite a while. Even if 100 in 1 Game Collection is one of the least creative gaming compilations I have ever seen, with the in-game characters themselves stating you shouldn’t expect much from it, it’s not the worst thing in the world. There’s just not a lot of creativity in this package. Most games are clones of classics from thirty years ago, with a less exciting presentation. I guess that, if you can find it for cheap one day, you might get a kick out of some of its content, but this is a bonafide example of “quantity over quality”, not the other way around."
good luck.
