Hello,
If you've come here by mistake please read on, you never know what gems I may reveal. THis is my first N4G blog post so to get things started here's a little info about my gaming habits.
I own a PS3, a Wii, and a laptop, I'm not really a techie, so I can only tell you my laptop is nothing special in terms of gaming power.
My favourite genres are FPS, RTS and RPGs. I have virtually no retro gaming experience as far as platformers go, even though I had a NES, SNES, Mastersystem and Megadrive. I played both mega man and metroid on the Gameboy, and my memories are not exactly brilliant.
The first games I spent a real amount of time on where on the Playstation and the N64, I remember most of the classics from this era of gaming, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark, Banjo Kazoe, Conkers Bad Fur Day, Metaql Gear Solid, Resident Evil 1,2, + Nemisis, FFVII, VII and IX, and Of course The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Shamefully I couldn't beat the Temple of Light, and so I have never beaten that game, nor have I beaten Emerald and Ruby Weapon in FFVII.
I'm not really a hardcore gamer, with the exception of Pro Evo, which I racked up hundreds of hours on at University, including my only official tournament. I tend to play in quantity not quality. Not that I play bad games, but more that I will play many games through the solo campaign, without picking up the extras. For instance my GTA games finish at 60-75%, and I do not obsess over getting the last secret package.
Anyway, I'll keep it short and sweet, favourite game of all time, at a push is Planescape Torment, but I might change my mind tomorrow.
Today, Militech Simulations provided an extensive look at its upcoming lineup for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 and MSFS 2020.
Assetto Corsa EVO is coming to consoles, but, naturally, only after the base product is in a better place and has reached the 1.0 milestone. Console versions have been in development for over a year already.
