Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodhunt PlayStation 5 Review | NoobFeed

NoobFeed Editor Azfar Rayan writes - Bloodhunt provides a unique experience, which is something other games of this genre cannot say about themselves. If the imbalance continues, chances of success are slim, given the dwindling interest in Battle Royale games.

I still don't get how this is VTM. Wouldn't an all out battle in the streets break the masquerade? Unless, this is set immediately before the world ends.

If you play this game on console with a controller you are asking to be murdered by a PC player. It exists to make PC players feel like professional hitmen.

"given the dwindling interest in Battle Royale games."

Is this true? Are Fortnite, Warzone and Apex falling off?

It's not true. The writer doesn't understand the difference between one game that almost no one wanted and an entire genre. Bloodhunt isn't even in the top 100 for current players in Steam Charts, and it was made for PC gamers. Whereas, PUBG: Battlegrounds and Apex Legends, both are BR games, are in the top 5 for current players.

It's funny to see the lesser played games like this get the best support while the biggest ones spend more time focusing on non-gameplay elements.

Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt Review - A Surprisingly Inventive Battle Royale - PSU

From PSU: "As battle royale efforts go, Bloodhunt is surprising; which is more than other like-minded efforts can lay claim to. Though cross play remains unbalanced against more capable PC players and concerns over balancing and map variety remain, Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodhunt nonetheless brings a scintillating blend of furious traversal, inspired PvE design and neat lore from the World of Darkness setting to fashion one of the most refreshing battle royale efforts in quite some time.
