Months before the release of Assassin's Creed III, Leviathyn.com's Stephen Daly considers alternate settings the franchise can move to in future installments.
Am I the only one who remembers why Assassin's Creed was made featuring Nizari Ismaili in the first place?
Ninja are a cliche. Wikipedia has an awfully long list of video games featuring the ninja. Japan will likely never happen. The other four look good. WWI is a Tad worrisome. It was the first war to use airplanes. Could be tricky setting the assassins in that time. Modern day Los Angeles would be cool too.
Well if Ubisoft do another thing like "Brotherhood and Revelations (both good games I must say)" then next year and the year after it will continue the story in ACIII. I have a feeling that they will be doing this.
Well there's probably gonna be two more games set in America but after that there's a couple places I would enjoy. India, Industrial London, Medieval England, Rome during the Roman era( maybe when Caesar had power and you can somehow link his assassination), French Revolution, and Egypt would all be really good settings.
I believe the game director did hinted or at least did show a lot of interest in doing an assassins creed game in India, so it could be possible but I would like a modern day setting in a well known city in america or just toronto or even montreal.
America?
French Revolution. Napoleonic Wars.
Maybe they should cool down on this franchise after 3...for a while.
