It's finally the must have mp experience you can't get on the other console. It burrows heavily from section 8...but that game was always undercooked. Starhawk is brilliant & well balanced.
And all future dlc maps are free. Full stop!
Premium dlc (whatever that is) will cost. But I imagine it'll be skins or redesigns of existing vehicles. The game hinges in balance...so offering something to only those who pay would ruin that.
