"Sorcery won’t support DualShock 3"
maybe because it's a "move" game

Regent_of_the_Mask4796d ago

Datura is a game built around the Move and would really take you out of the experience by using a controller. They decided to support the controller anyways much like this game should've done.

InTheLab4796d ago

Doesn't need an explanation...but..

If it did support DS3, first thing out of the mouth of the media would be why there are no Move only games...

Baka-akaB4796d ago (Edited 4796d ago )

Yeah this is the kind of BS no one can win against . When move arrived as a neat option , people were like "we want exclusive move games" , and now that there is a worthwhile one ? "Why can't i play it with the pad ?" .

It's move only , because it is .

lodossrage4796d ago

I was going to bring up that EXACT same point. Everyone moaned and whined about not having "move only games".

But now just wait for it. You'll start seeing a few people complain about "why don't we have a DualShock option".

You speak nothing but the truth. Bubbles for you.

This is the game I bought a Move for. It looked so inventive and fresh and fun. I imagined Sony pumping out a lot of Move only games that were like this and some even better. The problem is, it hasn't happened yet. With Sony putting out the Vita, the Move has taken a back seat and mostly gets added support on to a game that doesn't really need it.

I like the idea of getting an experience with the Move that cannot be achieved anywhere else, finally this game looks to be that experience. I have it pre-ordered.

Afterlife4796d ago

To be honest, the game looks like a PSN/PS2 game. By that I mean the graphics.

Afterlife4796d ago (Edited 4796d ago )

I did before even commenting. It's all about the gameplay though but I was expecting better. Even Hevenly Sword looks better than this and that's a 1st gen PS3 game

Baka-akaB4796d ago (Edited 4796d ago )

i wish i had the same ps2 then , whenever i see comment like that on various games .

EDIT :

Rofl at edit , Heavenly sword looks (but doesnt run )better than many current games anyway so ...
It looks (and runs) even better than Enslaved , so hardly the best example to use imo .

The only two things revealing its age would be the blur and the engine's framerate .

Wanna see poor looking games looking like a ps2 reject turned hd ? Try something like Genji 2 on ps3 instead .

@ afterlife

??????? honestly dont know what to say to you other than your abit delusional, the lighting alone is better than alot of games, game looks nice, your just trolling, but whatever.

MysticStrummer4796d ago

You evidently have an overly fond memory of what PS2 games looked like.

Hicken4796d ago

I mean, geez, the PS2 has most of my favorite games, but even I'M not that blinded by nostalgia.

Either that, or his PS2 runs 1080p.

badz1494795d ago (Edited 4795d ago )

he might be telling the truth! the original PS2 might not be able to pull off this graphics but the PS2 emulator on pc might.

lol

vikingland14796d ago (Edited 4796d ago )

If this game borrows from wii zelda in terms of motion control and adventure it will be a must have for me.

@ Afterlife your PS2 must have been better than mine was.
