GDC 2008: Home Tools and Support: Creating Content for PlayStation Home

On February 21, 2008, Sony will sponsor a presentation at GDC 2008 called 'Home Tools and Support: Creating Content for PlayStation Home.' The presentation will cover an overview of the current Home Tools features and the feature roadmaps for the future. Additionally, they will walk through the process of creating a space for Home and show a guide to creating 3D mini-games within the Home environments. Wrapping up, they will take a sneak peak at Home Interactive Item creation. The speakers will include James Cox, Senior Producer at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. Also Warren Keyes, Lead Tools Programmer at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe. All levels of experience are welcome.

Hey guys, as the tipster for this article, just wanted to say my only purpose was to provide some new actual hard evidence for Home. All I see most of the time is rumors and speculation. So this isn't as interesting as a lot of those rumors, but it is hard evidence that these kinds of things exist and will be discussed in February @ GDC.

And i for one after reading this article is now sold that this is gonna be tight. Gotta love FREE stuff that has this kind of potencial. This is what separates PS3 from other consoles, is unique things like this and LBP.
