The Best New Feature In The Next Medal of Honor Might Be… a Wife

Kotaku - Over a month ago, I saw the new Medal of Honor. Over a month ago, I sighed.

We are stuffed with first-person shooters like a summer mosquito is stuffed with blood, and at times I consider my interest in these things just about sucked dry.

I feel that on my cynical days, which I guess is the kind of day I was having when I went to a nightclub in San Francisco to see the first footage of Medal of Honor: Warfighter.

Corridor shooter (which is already awful enough), now with QTEs to take a wife's phonecall.

A must buy indeed!

You've played it already? No? Didn't think so.

One of the best things about the last MOH game was this promo trailer:

Pity the campaign story turned out to be the standard FPS fare.

If the new game can incorporate some emotional elements without being cheesy or cringeworthy, then I'm all for it.

Thank you! I might be pessimistic in how they're tone is going to be COD-ified, but I still have to give the benefit of the doubt to the developers to create something interesting (regardless of how little interest I have in the game atm).
