GNT Review: Naval War - Arctic Circle

GNT: Being new to the whole strategy game scene, I approached Naval War: Arctic Circle with a sense of excitement mixed with trepidation. The most experience I have with these sorts of games is Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution, which was streamlined for the consoles. The depth and complexity often found in these games intimidates someone new to this genre, so how did Arctic Circle fare? Was it accessible and enjoyable for a ‘noob’ such as me?
