If there was one word Quantum Conundrum‘s designer, Kim Swift, is tired of hearing, it has to be “Portal.” That’s the price you pay when you not only pioneer a genre as the lead designer of one of the most beloved games of this generation, but continue it through writing and designing a hotly anticipated digital release along the same lines. As Swift jokingly told us as we played the game, “I wish someone else would make games in this genre so I can stop making them and start playing them!”
