Developer Pigsels Media and publisher Lace Mamba Global have announced the availability of a free public demo of Coloropus, the recently released colour-based puzzle adventure videogame for PC and Mac. The demo offers approximately one hour of gameplay time and allows players to experience the atmosphere and story of the videogame, see how the story takes off and to solve first puzzles.
"Pigsels Media’s Coloropus, at it’s most basic, is a story about a young male octopus who has to save his beloved (who has a knack for getting snatched away). Think of it like a puzzle/adventure Mario and you get the idea.

Coloropus is developed by Pigsels and published by Lace Mamba Global for the PC. It is a puzzle adventure game which relies heavily on its colour mechanics and physics to progress through the game.
Though the days of point-and-click adventure games have long since passed, being abandoned in lieu of sleek graphics, relentless action, and other typical qualities of large-scale games, in the indie market, they are quite alive and thriving, if not in a different form. Coloropus is one such variety of adventure game, and though it stumbles a bit along the way, the peculiar blend of color puzzles, adventuring, and mouse-based movement makes for a charming game that is well worth your money.
I wish more devs would do demos...do they know it helps sells...or if the demo sucks it could hurt sells I guess....
