Dust 514's skill tree will take seven years to max out!

Now there’s commitment. Creative director Atli Mar revealed during Dust 514‘s keynote address at EVE Fanfest that it would take seven years to unlock every character stat in the game.

There are people playing EVE since 2003 and they still don't have everything unlocked or upgraded because the World is persistent, there is something new eventually, and the Universe is the biggest sandbox than any other MMO.

I don't think many people get how Eve's progression works. If Dust is like Eve then there won't be any quick way to progress you character stats/skills.

The best thing is that CCP will be constantly evolving the game in that time.

If its like EVE skills (or at least how they were when I played it) they are time based, so they even train when you are offline.
