What Ever Happened To This Part of Mass Effect 3’s Leaked Script?

Last November, the Internet obtained a copy of the script to Mass Effect 3, the popular sci-fi role-playing game that came out earlier this month.

The whole Dark Matter thing was the real ending, it's the reason they changed it when they pushed the game back to March

They allude to the Dark Matter theme with the prothean VI and then drop it. Shame. I was intrigued about after the mission on Haestrom in Mass Effect 2.
