Slide to Play: At last week's GDC, we received a hands-on demo of a unique puzzle/ adventure game hybrid from Brawsome and Ayopa called MacGuffin's Curse. In it, you play as a down-on-his-luck magician named MacGuffin who tries to steal an amulet from a museum, only to have it turn him into a werewolf. Lycanthropy has its advantages, though, like freakish strength, perfect for pushing around heavy machinery as MacGuffin tries to make his escape.
GG3 reports on the latest Groupees deal. The Be Mine Special Edition bundle packs 6 Steam games for as little $5, which comes with a bunch of additional content, like extra DLC and soundtracks. There are even some bonus games in there.
A handful of games made by Australian indie developers will be displayed at PAX Australia in July, and the organisers have just announced which six have made the cut for the Aus Indie Showcase.
So yesterday two Halloween based indie bundles hit the scene. First there's the Indie Royale Halloween Bundle and then the groupees Bundle of the Damned. Of course Game-Modo bought them both and you may even know they're already there, but if not I'm here to give you a little rundown of what's in them, what you obtain them on when buying and a very brief description of every game.
