You'd be forgiven for letting PlayStation Move-exclusive Sorcery slip into whatever dark corner of your brain you reserve for promising games that never made it to market. Announced at E3 2010, it's perhaps become most notable recently for the fact that it still hasn't been released.
But after a long hibernation, the game has re-emerged with a new, older hero and a deeper combat system. At GDC last week, we got a look at the recently aged-up hero of the game, now slated (finally!) for a May 22nd release.
There are good video game protagonists, and there are bad video game protagonists.
I disagree that max is unlikable. Chloe is infinitely more unlikable in my opinion.
Most of these aren't even that bad. Especially comparing to others like Squall "Whatever" Leonhart, Forspoken's Frey, and the guy from Atomic Heart.
i had to stop reading after the "blatant misogyny" in the Dantes inferno section.
i actually liked Max haha.
the forspoken chick is missing tho
"reapparates"? who makes up these words? Why is "reappears" not sufficient.
Anyway, I can't wait to see how sorcery turns out. My interest has been 'piqued'.
