VG247- Quantic Dream boss David Cage marches to the beat of his own drum. OK, that’s a tremendous understatement. He takes the drum, meticulously re-forges it in his own image, and then uses it to launch a precision missile strike on gamers’ tear ducts. Sure, he may goof up from time-to-time (see: Fahrenheit’s entire final act), but his company takes chances that’d drive other triple-A developers to immediately pick up the phone and tearfully tell their piggy banks how much they love them.
So then, what’s Quantic Dream’s next big investor nightmare? For now, Cage and co are keeping things under wraps. However, during a recent GDC session, Cage gave fans a tiny, tech-flavored taste of what’s ahead with the undeniably impressive “Kara” demo.
Star Wars Eclipse will be an 'action-adventure' game and yet how Quantic Dream approaches consequence-heavy QTEs need not be abandoned recklessly.
This has been my most anticipated Star Wars game in years. Can't wait to see what they have done.
I like the accessibility option in recent games like Dying Light 2 and RE4, where you can simply hold a QTE button instead of spamming like a madman. 😌

The departure of the lead writer likely means the story is done. The trailer for this game is amazing. Hope it comes out soon.
Been watching season 4 of The Boys and find Firecracker's face familiar? As a gamer, where you know her from might surprise you.
I did have one of those "where do I know her from...?" feelings.
It's funny how a different hair style changes a person. I saw some pictures of her with short or blond hair and it made me remember Kara, but making her a redhead AND with long hair, just bugged my brain.
Here's hoping her character survives until the end of the show (even though her character is a horrible person).
No doubt homelander will get pissed and show her his appreciation.

I couldn't for the life of me remember what I remembered her from and then I saw The Tick in her acting credits. That's why she looked so familiar. I loved that short lived Amazon show.

I'm sure it is one way or another, but I hope the so called "tech demo" is actually a little more and somehow a "tester" for whatever they have in development.
One of only a few devs who actively try and create something new and unusual. It's not what I want from all of gaming, just makes for a nice change of pace every now and then.
Tech wise, I wasn't overly impressed, nothing jaw dropping, but the emotion left its mark, and that's just as important an the number of pixels, sometimes ;)
PS3 graphics are awesome. Honestly, some games like Uncharted 3 don't leave me desiring much more. I'm happy with the PS3 until 2014/15.
i agree that a few ps3 games are graphically better than anything on 360. but you have to spend time and money optimizing the game engines to get UC3 level graphics. and theirs room left for more optimizing on ps3. but the small split memory is killing the ps3 at the mo. haven't even brought skyrim yet because of all the issues waiting for patch 1.5. the ps3 could do with a memory upgrade if sony are really waiting till 2014 to lunch ps4. and as for the we dont need next gen yet 64 player 60 frames per second battlefield 3 says hello.
