Haze Out In January 08?

After all the recent rumours of it being delayed until later in 08, the French Ubisoft site, as well as some others, have it listed as a January release.

I hope MGS 4 doesn't lose it's hype, the longer the wait the more time developers make your game look last gen.

no ps3 games would lose hype in 2008 since they are the biggest games not just on PS3 but in any console OF THIS GEN ---eg MGS 4,FF13

well devs certainly made UNCHARTED --the best looking game of this gen TILL DATE

Im patient and i dont mind when it comes out. Let them do the job to improve the game and then release.

For those saying "this is waiting" are impatient. Just play with the game you currently got and then look forward to Haze a few weeks before the actual release.

We know a lot of people like that around here and we all know they will have a PS3 in secret when MGS4 comes out. As they will be too impatient to wait and see if there is a 360 version.

on ign uk website, it says January 18, 2008 as a release date.

Hmm, this one was looking kinda tasty, but some of the previews were less than inspiring; let's hope things have improved. I'll be waiting for the reviews and demo before I make any decisions for this, I think.

your obviously not a gamer,, just a lil troll living on game forums. I have a ps3, and even though i like the ps3 better than the 360, i would never want either console so suffer from frame rate or lag issues, I bet you dont even have any next gen systems,,,

that even comes close to running as fast as unreal rightnow and without any framerate issues, so unless the game is made by Ea or some other lazy developer, the games on the ps3 won't suffer.

ya the place i pre orders from has it for release in march so looks like alot rumers just have to wait and see when it actully comes out. i think ubisoft pushed back the release to make sure its a true polished game they dont want any more negitive feed back like they got from ac when they pushed it to fast to make it out befor the end of the year

Why does this have to be so confusing: so many supposed delays and announcements of release dates. I don't know what to expect. First, it was bumped out of November. Then, December. Then, announcements that it would be arriving on January 15th were made. Followed by another announcement stating that it was being pushed back until March. Which itself was followed by another announcement that it had been delayed yet again, but this time set it back by eight months, setting the new release date for September of next year. Now we're back to January? What gives? Come on, Ubisoft, make an official announcement and clear up this confusion.

Don't expect Haze to sell much. I for one have no intention of buying thanks to Orange Box and UT3. Also worth mentioning, even if it did come out months later when I'm done all other games to date, I wouldn't care for it. Free Radical and Ubisoft's handling of the release date and the delays for this game has been piss poor and anti-consumer. They don't deserve my money.
