I hate to be that guy but this game seems like a failure right out the gate. I liked AoC and even that game didn't live up to a whole lot. This was due to funcom not handling the game correctly and making the changes that needed to be made.

With a single player game, you play the protagonist and the game is tailored around your experience through the story. Because MMOs have to cater to many people, you can't really tell a story in a meaningful way. In an MMO, you're just another face in the crowd, not really what I want from my gaming experience.
