In a gaming world increasingly dominated by lens flare and safe-bet sequels, it came as a beautiful surprise when madcap creative ace Tim Schafer managed to beg the budget for his next game the pockets of his fan base. A staunch supporter of old school point-and-click adventures, Schafer has given lift off to a project no publisher would dare touch. In celebration, we’ve cobbled together a list of classic games from PlayStation’s back catalogue we’d love to see reborn through crowd sourced funds.
Legendary game designer Hideki Kamiya has expressed interest in directing a new game in Capcom's Dino Crisis series.
I'd say start with a remake. The original had some neat ideas but can greatly be expanded upon. Like trapping dinos behind laser barricades or tranq-ing them into submission. There is a lot of room to explore and flesh out these quirky gameplay mechanics.
If this happens then I hope they give us different level of dinasors some of them smart than other and of course good story and great gameplay

Also capcom has almost run out of REs to remake (I don’t think they need to remake 5&6, probably they could do 0, revelations, code Veronica and the original RE).
Capcom has finally revived Onimusha, dino crisis kinda naturally follows. Unless capcom decides to somehow revive final fight, 1943, ghost and goblins lol
I hope they go back to the survival horror first game and not the more action oriented sequels.
People have been asking for a very long time.
Dino crisis 1 and 2 sold well. The problem was for what ever reason Capcom decided to make the third one Xbox exclusive (why?) when the series was originally playstation based and set it in space without the main protagonist Regina. They should make a fourth and set it after the second with Regina. They gave up simply because the third sold bad.
I feel like Pragmata, RE9 and Onimusha are keeping the teams i would want on Dino Crisis busy. But hopefully it's one of their next games currently in preproduction.
I definitely don't want their AA teams(exoprimal) working on it.

Until a few days ago, you could only access Dino Crisis and Resident Evil 1 via PS+. No one could simply purchase them, you had to rely on a monthly subscription.
Fucking Finally! Such a dumbass move to keep them behind a paywall hardly anyone will pay just for these two games.
Also, for some reason, Resident Evil Director’s Cut is free. It happened with Grandia (PS1) too a while ago. Weird, but oh so good.
If you bought the original PS1 classic you get the new one for free. I didn't buy the RE1 PS1 classic back in the day so it is 10$ but i got legend of dragoon free because i bought it back in the day.
Interesting, but I didn't bought any of these games digitally. I only bought them physically and played them on the PS3. And while Grandia and Resi are part of that collection, there are other games, like G-Police, Legends of Dragoon Legend of Mana, that still have a price tag for me.
This sounds more like a random thing Sony is doing. Regardless, I just saved $10. So that's something.
Honestly the texture gitters/clipping are a dealbreaker for me so not even trophies will get me to play these versions.
Capcom should just do a survival horror collection with proper remastering ,trophies and extras. Just like the MVC collection. I will just replay them on my vita for now.
If they made a collection with trophies I’d buy it but I’d like for them to add trophies to what’s there already
Okami would be cool. Hell I'll even take an HD remake of it. I still have my PS2 copy that I bought from Play Asia. Unfortunately its the gross greatest hits version :S
I never really digged Dino Crisis. Maybe this is an over simplification of it but I always thought it was RE without the zombies.
Okami remade with the tech that is available today would be amazing.. I'd love a new Dino-Crisis aswell!!
