Check out new information regarding Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch.
I'll buy this game even if its 5/10.
2013? Was expecting it this year.
damn i was looking forward to buying it this year!! not that i care but maybe there is an outside chance they are probably doing an xbox 360 version as well and hence the delay?
... that's a long long time from now. Just add some english subs and release it!
localisation taking lot of time for scamco I think :(
So was I, you wouldn't think the would wait more than a year for a release outside of japan. It can't take that long just to localise it.
@ksense Sorry, there is no way this is ever going on Xbox, but as this is on the DS, it may come to the WiiU..? Who knows.
I'm so pissed off, but the article says "for Europe" Does this mean U.S version is still coming this year? Also, the article says it bombed in Japan-- I thought original reports said it really well?
whaaaa, this game was supposed to be out in Q1 2012 and now it was pushed to 2013? who the heck needs an entire year just for localization? Are these guys mad or just incredibly lazy? Dammit Namco, you are slow!
Tell me about it! Hopefully the usa are still getting it march/april this year so i can import it!
That localization time frame is typical for Niche RPGS. Take Yakuza, all of gust games, or most of the games Xseed publishers. There are exception like the Final Fantasy, Disgaea, or most other big budget RPGs.
i just love how Nanmco keep figuring out new ways to piss off JRPG fans. i will cross my fingers and hope this is just to add more languages for Europe, and NA will get an English game in 2012
Sucks for my JRPG loving brothers and sisters in Europe.I can't say Namco pulled a good move here.
I hope for some asian version. I want to buy it..especially the collector edition.
It'll be 2013 before we know it.
Wait for a Hong Kong version, it will probably surface some time before then, with full English Subs/Dubs.
there is already...dual track in the us release.. the european version will probably add french, spanish , italian to the mix.
EUROPE........... NOT US. DONT YOU PEOPLE READ, of course with 5 languages it will take more time The US version is just english and is on track to release this quarter
Get used to it. A lot of commenters on N4G don't bother reading the actual article. They just react to the headlines.
Talk about "get used it." A lot of commenters on N4G always jump to assumptions. They ASSUME that everyone is from one region in the world. Just like you sir specialguest and Knightcid just did by ASSUMING that the people commenting on this article are form the US and not from Europe. You certainly fit the mold of 'N4G commenters'.
I was replying to Knight_Cid's comment about people not reading. Did I ASSUMED everyone was from the US?? No. Please point out which part of my reply to Knight_Cid suggested I made this assumption. Oh wait...let me guess. You ASSUMED it and drew that conclusion without any evidence huh? lol take your weak allegation somewhere else son.
lol Ok fine, I misspoke. You and him ASSUMED that the people that commented here did NOT READ article. Which led me to believe that you assumed that everyone was from the US. Happy?
I agree, no one takes the time to read what they are reading. "Ni no Kuni will now release in Q1 2013 for Europe, Namco Bandai has confirmed." No where did it say that it wont release in the US this year. Take that :( face and turn it into a :) face. US version still on its way in 2012.
Who said anything about the US release? There are many Europeans that come to N4G.
That little bit of information just blow my mind. I always forget that the Internet isn't just in North America. Wow, thanks for educating me.
Arggg, I can't wait for this game, it's like a fusion of Bomberman Adventure GBA and Zelda combined. Release date plox Namco!
WHAT? I GOTTA WAIT A FULL YEAR? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO this makes me sad :(
Just import it from america like im going to.
By the way, the American one was also delayed to Q4 2012.
Yes!! Yes! 2013 ! Soon very Soon!
Wow I'm starting to believe a lot of members here regarding gamingbolt. Not only is the title misleading (forgetting to mention Q2013 is for Europe) but it also said Ni No Kuni commercially bombed in Japan, when Level-5 only released a few copies of it given that there was already an NDS version out almost a year in advance. Unbelievable lack of information there to make such accusations.
I am still worried that the combat on this game my be too simple but the art direction is amamzing
