Corporates move in on gaming lounges

Online gaming lounges are moving away from being the haunt of the young and the restless and targeting a new gaming audience - the corporate downtime sector.

The recently established Sydney-based Players Lounge very much has the corporate sector in its sights, as it aims to migrate gaming away from a young teenage male-dominated pastime to a team-building exercise for business people.

The upmarket gaming room, in Sydney's inner-western suburbs, is the brainchild of Callan Back, a self-described child of the videogame age.
