Grand Theft Auto V may currently be floating around in the "TBC" netherworld of release dates, but a new report from Take-Two has hinted at a Christmas 2012 release date for the open-world crime sim.
Take-Two: "We know there have been some concerns from Borderlands fans about Take-Two’s Terms of Service. Maintaining transparency and confidence with the community here is always our goal, and we wanted to address some of these concerns."
Take-Two announced its financial results for the fiscal year 2025, also sharing an update on the sales of GTA5 and Red Dead Redemption 2.

To be fair, no many companies could release the same game over and over. They've earned that whether we agree or not
GTA v isn't the only game that's released three consoles generations running but nothing has sold those numbers including GTA San Andreas which is now 4 console generations deep.

Rockstar told 50% are cutscenes and rockstars always used better models during cutscenes than in game.

You're either lying or just don't know what pre rendered means. Pre rendered means that if you change the character's appearance (clothes, accessories etc) they wouldn't show up in the cutscenes because they were already made and aren't being rendered in real time. This is something that doesn't happen in Rockstar games.

In fact some of the scenes in RDR2 looked better in the retail version than at launched.
The OP is taking the shot-gun approach: say a bunch of random tripe and see if something sticks.

This is one game franchise that could truely benefit if it were made for PS3 in mind 1st then ported to 360... I can't help but think of what multiplat games could've had more content etc.. if done this way. The extra blu-ray space could be utilized in special ways!
I hope the NEXT Xbox will have a Next Gen disc format so our games can progress how they should've this gen... if there is an equal format for both Xbox and Playstation we could get more out of our games insted of 1 console getting a dumbed down version cause the other can't supply the space for the content!
