MMGN: There’s no denying that the Mario Party series began to lose its way after it was done ruining your Nintendo 64 controllers. With four GameCube instalments released in as many years (and a total of 7 in eight years) the series was always going to enter a steep decline.
However, there have been five years since the last release. The series has had time to settle and the Wii is ready to hang up the boots, as it makes way for its predecessor, the Wii U.

I do hope MP9 ends up being worth a buy. I haven't enjoyed any of the MP games since the N64 era, and I'd love to re-live that sort of silly mini-game fun all over again without being disappointed.
Oh I can't wait, Mario party is the most fun I had on Wii with friends. It's a game of skill and whole alot of luck, when you do get lucky, you end up screwing someone over really bad. That's where the game shines, cause it's fun screwing friends but sucks when you get screwed back. Hmm...that didn't sound right, oh well.
