Both Mass Effect 3 and Binary Domain will be offering voice support, although when put side by side there seems to be one clear winner.

I can agree with the author on this one...Binary Domain for the win! Could you even fathom what it would be like to play a game like LA Noire with voice interegations? WOW!!! While I still love my controller and won't ever replace it for total hands free gaming (Kinect is the exception for some types) I love the ability to talk to a game, my family might beg to differ though.
Binary Domain sounds much better on paper but as a game I'm not sure it will even come close to Mass Effect 3.
New IP versus established sequel.
I can't wait to shout at my TV. I often shout when playing multiplayer, although for very different reasons.
BD's main problem is going to be AI. Partner's as much if not more than enemies.
But if the team can pull it off they'll one-up ME3 on two counts: Voice command and the choices you make, how you treat your squad mates, actively playing as you play.
Considering that they are a JP dev, that one of the "best" examples for AI control from the region was Mindjack, it might be asking too much. Just saying.
