Amazing fan-made trailer for Mass Effect

DSOGaming writes: "Well looky here, we got us a new, incredible fan-made Mass Effect trailer. YouTube member ‘xRaetastic’ felt the need to create a ‘random internet fan trailer’ for BioWare’s RPG series and we are pretty sure that he didn’t expect it to be featured in so many gaming sites. But we can’t help it as this particular fan-made trailer is one of the best edited things we have ever seen. There is perfect editing, wonderful choice of quotes and song that fits to it. Yeah, this could have easily been an official trailer and that says a lot in our opinion. Enjoy!"

This is not a real trailer, nor is it news. It does not belong on N4G and should not have been posted.

Everyone who approved this thing should be ashamed.

It's better than most of the crap on n4g.

New trailer/video: check
Fan-made stated in the title: check

Sorry but you should read more carefully the headlines. This is something new, it was created by the fan-base and deserves the spotlight

Anything Mass Effect is appreciated. An amazing series.

I vote for moving February out of the way this year so March can get here and I can get my hands on ME3 already...

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave19d ago (Edited 19d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.

He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.
