As with any new hardware, there are various reports out there about screen freezes, bugs and other issues with PlayStation Vita.
Here's a more serious issue: a Vita that's stuck in what appears to be a debug mode.
There's no way to tell if this is legit or not (although it would be quite a lot of work for a hoax), but if you do see some low polygon dolphins swimming on your Vita OLED screen, you should probably contact Sony customer.

This will be the first time the original 1993 arcade Ridge Racer has appeared on home consoles.
I hear rumors that Evercade may also be getting a Namco Arcade cart with RR and Tekken on it. That would be sweet as their previous Namco Console carts have also recently been updated to work on the VS. Previously, they only had the license to the handheld. so the OG Evercade and the EXP and even the Alpha were supported, but not the VS.
The Legend of Dragoon is considered by some gamers to be the best RPG ever. Now fans are begging for a Legends of Dragoon remake on the PS5.
Oh I thought it was Noby Noby Boy on Vita....lol
In seriousness, what does this mean? I would reset the console or at a minimum call sony too.
I hope this didn't happen because they found a way to hack the Vita. But I honestly believe that it's some weird defect that, that person has with their Vita. This issue won't be wide spread.
XperiaRay
I think this came about because someone was trying to hack his/her Vita.
Looks like somebody has found an exploit.. Interesting.
When I read the title I came in thinking they someone had already hacked the PS Vita to run the Wii and Gamecube Dolphin emulator, not to see some actual dolphins floating around on screen.
Got my hopes up too high, but a Wii and Gamecube emulator running on PS Vita would solidify that purchase even more.
