As accurate as Move may be, Kinect is really the best device for fitness games. Free'ing up your hands from holding a controller instantly puts it ahead of the class, and tracking your whole body nudges it further even still.

That said, if Move is all you have I say go for it and get in your your workouts!

Thats obviously your opinion there. Kinect however doesn't track me at all as I'm too tall for it to accurately capture me unless its in a huge space. At least with PS Move it'll work in about a 4ft square space as opposed to a 6-8 (or in my case near 10) ft square area. Also, it doesn't matter if you have something in your hands or not, its a workout you aren't going to be doing much with them, + you'll have the slight added weight and resistance feedback with the Move controller than you would with no controller. Each has their own benefits really. I haven't been doing this fitness thing so I can't say what it's been like but in general I find PS Move to be the better of the two motion controllers.

The game was developed by the same studio behind the heavily underrated The Fight: Lights Out, and has some neat sparring mechanics as a result."

Nice! Funny enough, I wasn't trying to knock this game, I guess people will be sensitive, no matter what. :/

Welcome to N4G where saying anything remotely close to negative about a Sony product is punishable by disagrees and bubble theft.

I guess it is not only M$ that is casual focused. Sony seems to also like money. Who would have thunk?

Impulse Gamer - Move Fitness Review

Impulse Gamer - When Nintendo revolutionised the realm of virtual fitness in 2008 with Wii Fit, it would take their competitors a few years to successfully catch up. Microsoft caught up first with their unique controllerless gaming system called Kinect and when the PlayStation Move was released, quite a few third-party companies jumped onto the bandwagon. Now Sony have released their first fitness title with Move Fitness that transforms your PlayStation 3 into a virtual trainer.
