Ghostlight today announced that Agarest: Generations of War 2 will be coming to Europe for the PlayStation 3. Developed by Idea Factory, Compile Heart and RED Entertainment, and localised by Aksys Games, Agarest: Generations of War 2 features all-new strategy RPG gameplay, high-definition graphics, and bonus mini-games.
Ghostlight community manager Ross Brierley posted a blog on the official Ghostlight website recently, announcing that the publisher will now also be working on bringing Japanese games over to the West for the Nintendo Switch.
The update mentions that Ghostlight have managed to acquire the requisite license from Nintendo for doing so, and that even though they’ve enjoyed working on PC games, working on the Switch is something that they’ll also be focusing on going forward, instead of remaining exclusive to PC games. In fact, they’re already working on localization of a Switch JRPG.
Ghostlight Games, the publisher that brings Japanese games to the European market and have recently started releasing PC (Steam) ports of JRPGs is going to announce the PC version of a JRPG today.
Scrawl: "Looks like we know how that new Compile Heart countdown is going to end. The latest issue of Famitsu has confirmed that Agarest Senki 2, known as Record of Agarest War 2 in the US, is Compile Heart’s newest title."
1) Hope they put it on disc this time.
2) Hope this is a positive for Neptune coming over as well.
Is this a half decent SRPG, porn aside, cause if it is, i might just decide to go and buy it for the 360.
