Sonic 4 - Episode 1; Steam Registry hints to a PC version

We’ve just found out that the Steam Registry has an entry for SEGA’s Sonic game, Sonic 4 – Episode 1, and you can view a screenshot from it bellow. We all pretty much know that this is an indication of Episode 1′s PC version, as the same thing happened and with Sonic Generations."

It's good to see that SEGA is supporting PC gaming. It's bad that Sonic 4 sucks...

how does it suck? i mean i know the way sonic move is sluggish apart from that it doesnt seem any different to me from the classic ones

granted i have the sega collection on blu-ray and played one of them i think

Terrible physics and movement, only 4 zones, overuse of the homing attack, camera is too near, stages are full of "gotcha!" traps, no new ideas, it doesn't even have great graphics - it looks like the smartphone game it was created to be.

Oh, sorry, actually there was a new idea. The stage where Sonic has to carry a torch to iluminate a few inches around him. So we have to walk. Slowly.

i see probably better to wait for a combined collection of some sort before getting the game then after all ten bucks for this doesnt seem so well

lets just say i rather get final fantasy 9 instead purely for time investment value

Well, it's really awkward seeing Sonic Generations and then Sonic 4 on the PC as it should be the other way around, lol. Still, good news IMO

I am also happy sega is supporting PC gaming. I hope more Japanise devs and publishers see this as well

Sonic 4 is terrible. I got it on PSN. Wow. That was bad. The music was lame the stages were lame, everything about it was just... Blah!
