Games On Net: If you put a microphone to the mouth of a video game analyst, you don’t have to wait too long until a dire prediction issues forth about the imminent - or even current! - death of single player games.
And if you take those dire predictions to an internet forum, you don’t have to wait too long until somebody points out that games like Skyrim prove, quite emphatically thankyou very much, that the single-player game is alive and kicking. As a matter of fact, it turns out that everybody is wrong.
Single-player games aren’t dead. But they’re not the same as they used to be. Not by a long shot.
