RipTen Review: The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword

RipTen - Ever since Nintendo unveiled the Wii’s unique motion sensitive controller in 2005 everyone was thinking about one thing, a Zelda title that featured amazing motion controlled sword fighting. Well my friends, the Zelda title we dreamed about six years ago is finally here.

It was a joke.....I grew up on Zelda and put over 70 hours into Skyrim. Not that serious kiddies.

Are Zelda games 'ever' bad?

come_at_me_bro4538d ago

The DS games are really weak imo. Not unplayable but soulless and bland.

I hated the touchscreen controls of Phantom Hourglass. I didn't even complete the first dungeon because I've lost my patience. I have every Zelda game with the exception of Spirit Tracks, and of course the licensed CDI garbage.

I actually rather liked the DS controls. I did hate the Phantom Tower or whatever it was in Phantom Hourglass... and portions of Spirit Tracks annoyed me, but overall, I had a lot of fun with them.

I seriously don't get all the skyrim/zelda comparison bullshit. The only thing these two games have in common is that both their names have the word "sky" in it and they were both released in November. They are both totally different but amazing games, comparing them is stupid.
