ill pick this up eventually when/if i get bored of skyrim. usually takes about 6 months for me to get sick of an ES game, then i take a 6 month break

more times thn I have ever done so with any other game, I would have to say it deserves 10 out of 10. Halo CE is simply one of the best FPS games ever made.

I'd say 9/10 for the PC release and 8/10 for the xbox release. They never quite got the controls right for the xbox. The game also loses points for having mind numbingly repetitive level design.

Maybe you just set your expectation wayyyyy to high, Halo: CEA is NOT a modern game, if you where expecting it to play and feel like a modern game then that is your fault.

What all made this package good was

- Price point is only $40
- Classic Campaign that millions of people still remember
- Hidden extras like skulls and Terminals
- Parts of Halo 4 revealed in the terminals (Halo 4's main enemy was reveal in The Maw terminal)
- Halo: Reach map pack with 7 of the greatest maps in Halo history
- Updated version of Reach that makes it play more like Halo 1.

Also not going to spoil anything, but the enemy in Halo 4 apparently has the power to destroy entire planets, starts and solar system within seconds.
