Honestly, I had high hopes for this game. The first several moments of Wizardy got my blood pumping for some old school dungeon crawling on my iPhone. An hour later, I wanted to punch kittens and turn on the lights in the dungeon. If you are into die-hard, super old school dungeon crawling in the dark, have at it. Otherwise, I recommend staying away from this title.

Wizardry: Labyrinth of Lost Souls is a blast from the past that's initially overly challenging. Persist, however, and you're likely to enjoy it.
I just can't imagine a Wizardy reimaginging would do well now. That style of gaming just doesn't work anymore. Sounds like it's unfortunate that they even tried.
I see the "lost soul" is that of the player. Pass.
Now, see, if those lost souls were DEMON souls....
