VGW: Dungeon Defenders developer, Trendy Entertainment, is experiencing waves of critical and financial success — unlike their protagonists who must endure waves of orcs and other assorted baddies. It includes a hybrid of RPG and tower defense mechanics, along with a free-roaming real-time combat system. It is a genre bending game that Trendy certainly takes pride in due to their unflinching dedication to keeping the content fresh for players. This attitude was prevalent when I cast questions like arcane missiles at Trendy Entertainment marketing director, Philip Asher.
The Dungeon Defenders Legendary Collection just launched today. The bundle features the original Dungeon Defenders (plus DLC), the time-bending Dungeon Defenders: Awakened, and the most recent entry, the roguelite Dungeon Defenders: Going Rogue along with gems for Dungeon Defenders II.
