The strength and flaw of combat in console The Legend of Zelda titles lies in its ease. Because combat is not particularly challenging or demanding, it is accessible to a wide range of players, regardless of skill level. At the same time, this means that only a very basic grasp of combat is required to complete the games: players seeking a serious challenge would need to look elsewhere.
