10 Games That Should be the Next PS2 PSN Additions

GP: "Last month Sony made a surprising move by finally adding PS2 games to the PlayStation Network catalog. Only a few titles are out under the PS2 Classics label but already we're seeing some interesting releases. Games like God Hand and GrimGrimoire were critically acclaimed but never really picked up by the mainstream. To see these being the first PS2 games welcomed onto PSN was a bit of a shock.

With a start like that I'm left wondering what other games could be coming next. This list won't be of the games necessarily expected to come to PSN. Instead it is the titles that I think would be excellent to share with those who might have missed them before."

Id like to see Killzone 1 comes to the PlayStation Store. Im a big fan of the series and love Killzone 2 and Killzone 3, but never got a chance to play the first one

I feel the same way. It supposedly had a lot of bugs, it would be nice if they could iron these out.

Killzone 1 (in reply to the first comment) needs a full remake.

GTA III, VC, and SA (in reply to the article) need an HD collection.

The rest.. no comment. I either have no interest at all in them or never played them. Main point, like the ones I commented about, would be that these need HD remasters in the very least, if not full made-for-PS3 (or PS4) remakes. SD doesn't really cut it in 2011 and beyond.

I'm in college FYI. I just dont like bs like this. I loved the ps2 and used backwards compadability on it. I have over 80 ps2 games and I would like to use a wireless controller and infinite virtual memory cards. Why the hell would you be okay with this? If I can play gta San andres on my Xbox along with all the best regular Xbox games. Then I sure as hell expect to do that on my ps3

NoWayOut-Why would I need to play every single PS2 game? I sure as hell don't have enough time to replay a PS2 game when I have games like Uncharted3,inFAMOUS2 and Gears to play.
And there really is no point in whining about No BC. It's gone and not coming back people. Deal with it. If PS2 games are that important to you play them on your PS2 or pay 9.99 and have them on your PS3.

I can agree with you. Kingdom Hearts will always have a spot in my heart, and i would love to replay it on my PS3. But, its most likely not going to happen. I think he devs of the games have to agree with Sony before they can put their games up for the DL. Still i would love to have them.

@ JasonX43 I hope your ready to pay for it if they bring it back but I doubt it. People didn't want to pay for it then either. I assume by your statement that you have brought every PS2 game in existence and have to buy them ALL again. People like me however have never played some of these games. So we are not all screwed or have to buy them 'again'.

Back on topic. Okami, Viewtiful Joe 1 + 2, Dark Cloud, Kingdom hearts 2, FF12 and Brave Fencer I would like all of these, please

RAD: Robot Alchemic Drive was such an amazing game. I'd love to play it again.

I LOVE the fact that Steambot Chronicles made it on the list. Absolutely awesome game with a great premise, believable characters, and pretty good execution. Plus there's an easy possibility for adding in a multiplayer component for online play.

And, of course, I'd also love to play the .hack games again in HD. Screw what anyone else says about the story, I loved it, and would love it if I could play through the entire series on one disc. GU, as well, for that matter.
