UPDATE 2-Video game maker Infogrames unveils debt rescue plan

France's cash-strapped Infogrames unveiled a restructuring plan on Tuesday aimed at wiping out its 173.2 million euros ($220.4 million) net debt burden and staying in the video games business.

Europe's largest video games maker -- which has not made a net profit since 1999 and needs cash to fund its costly games pipeline -- has made debt reduction and a turnaround of its loss-making U.S. business its main priorities.
