Top 10 DLC Packs Of All Time

"DLCs have become a major part of game releases and the games themselves these days, and it's almost a given that developers will support their games post-release with DLC packs. Sometimes these packs absolutely suck, making us pay money for a stupid horse saddle (Elder Scrolls IV, I'm looking at you), while sometimes we get an entire full fledged mission with a great story that is as good as the entire game itself (like Lair of the Shadow Broker for Mass Effect 2). So here's a list of what we believe are the ten greatest DLC packs of all time."

There's some great picks in there. My personal favorites are bfbc2 Vietnam. Mass effect 2 shadow broker. Gta4 ballad of gay tony. And fallout 3 DLC in general.

i really enjoyed Lair of the Shadow Broker in ME2. i got into ME2 kinda late though and the second i met Liara on Ilium i started the DLC, whoops.

(BioWare meant for it to be played after beating the game)

Minerva's Den!
probably #1 for me...
the story in it was incredible.
would recommend it to anyone who was a fan of Bioschock at all..

Especially for fans of BS1. The narrative at the end was aweseome

Ballad of Gay Tony and Undead Nightmare for me :D, actually did quite like the DLC cases for LA Noire as well.

Can't wait for the inFamous 2 add-on :D

Rockstar really know how to handle DLC, as do bethesda (excluding horse armor).

Mopaw2924d ago

I reeaally hope Bethesda chooses to go with a "Shivering Isles" quality expansion for Skyrim, rather than more but smaller dlc's like they did with Fallot 3 & NV...

Dovahkiin2924d ago

Todd howard said they're going to focus on bigger DLC such as expansions.
