Windows Phone 7 companion apps, the future of Xbox?

At CES in February Microsoft first showed the Windows Phone 7 interaction with the Xbox in a game of Kinect Adventures where players where spawning dodge balls and their movements. I got myself a HTC Trophy 7... I live in Portugal so as you know i only started using the Marketplace last week, i can say so far im impressed but MS has still a huge job in front so it can compete with Android or iOS... They need more Apps in there, especially free games imo... Even angry birds is 2 euros... come on Microsoft don't be greedy or it's GG for Windows Phone 7

Did you upgrade to Mango yet? AMAZING update.

if you did you should try this, tap the search button and click the eye picture and hold your camera up to a game case.

(it will actually recognize the case and show you reviews, prices and where to buy the game near you)

I had the hd7 and am very impressed with their work but I've ended up selling it because I think the OS is very young at the moment and need more apps and features.

Probably I'll get it again with the nokia windows phones

Windows phone. Lol, android is killing them.

But Microsoft makes more money on Android than Google does.
So all good..

true, doesn't make Windows Phone bad but their initial launch killed them.

Nokia phones with the Mango update should help though.

wii u, ps3 with psv and xbox with wp7 is capable of doing all the same things it will be interesting to see wat the wii u selling point will be if the xbox and ps3 hav the same support.

Honestly I would not be shocked at all if Microsoft releases a "companion" device that you can attach to your controller that does what WP7 can.
