This update sports lots of fixes and will be auto-downloaded next time you start the Steam client. Among other things, this update fixes the broken Steam achievements, as well as the broken map zoom between gameplay sessions."
Ancient Domains of Mystery, or ADOM for short, is a game that is 12 years in the making that is now going for Steam Greenlight.
SteamFirst: Dungeons of Dredmor is an RPG, or rather it is a very specific subgenre known as a Roguelike. For those not in the know, a Roguelike is a super hardcore turn based affair based around adventuring, slaying, looting, random dungeons and inevitably dying. What makes them so hardcore however, is the frequency in which you die and the inevitable Permadeath that surrounds the whole unpleasant accident. This means if you die, your save is deleted, your character is erased and all progress is lost forever. Your characters name is then etched onto a tombstone as a permanent reminder of your failure.
SteamFirst: Since Gaslamp’s Dungeons of Dredmors initial release in 2011, there have been not one, not two, but three expansion packs!
